Report a listing

Report a listing

Report a listing or profile that appears fraudulent, prohibited, unsafe, misleading or otherwise concerning. Reports help ZimbaLink moderators review specific content.

Report it in the app

  • Open the listing or profile you are concerned about.
  • Tap More options (⋯), then choose Report. If prompted, sign in to continue.
  • Choose the closest reason: Scam or fraud, Prohibited item, Wrong category, Offensive content, or Other.
  • Add concise details: what is wrong, which claim or item to review, and any relevant context. Then send the report.

What happens after you send a report

The report is sent privately to ZimbaLink moderators. A report is not a public comment, does not guarantee a response or immediate removal, and does not decide whether a payment dispute is resolved. Do not submit duplicate reports as a way to speed up a review.

If the Report option is missing

Some screens or your own listings may not show a Report control. Email support@zimbalink.co.zw with the direct listing or profile link, visible ID if available, the reason for concern and the town involved. Include screenshots only if they help explain the issue.

Email support@zimbalink.co.zw

Do not include secrets in a report

Never include a password, one-time password (OTP), mobile-money PIN, bank PIN or full payment credentials. Keep copies of relevant messages and payment records for yourself. If you believe a payment was made, contact your bank or mobile-money provider through its official channel as well.

Immediate danger

If someone is at immediate risk, contact official emergency services in your area first. ZimbaLink moderators and support cannot dispatch emergency responders.
